Held by the Mother

portal of stillness and surrender-where your next chapter begins

August 24-31, 2025

If you want real change, you’re going to have to let go. This retreat is for the one who’s done all the “work,” but still can’t loosen their grip. The one who’s tired of managing, fixing, and holding it all together—but doesn’t know how to stop. Held by the Mother is a full-bodied surrender. For seven days, you’ll be asked to let go of everything you usually use to feel safe-your routines, your roles, your story. And in exchange, you’ll fall into the hands of something far more intelligent than control. This is where the version of you that’s been waiting gets to take the lead. And once you let go, nothing about your life will stay the same.

Stillness Will Show You Who You Are

You’re tired of feeling stuck. You’ve done the inner work. You’re “spiritual.” You’re aware. But your life still doesn’t feel like the one you came here to live. You’re still blocked. Still searching for the breakthrough that never seems to come. You crave peace…but don’t know how to slow down. You crave clarity…but your head is full of noise. You crave connection…but you’re surrounded by people who don’t speak your language. And that’s not just frustrating, it’s exhausting.

Reconnect with What’s Real

Held by the Mother is a 7-night, 8-day immersion designed for those who are ready to stop consuming spiritual content and start integrating it. It is a deep surrender to the elements, to the medicine, and to Pachamama herself.

This is about letting nature have her way with you-so you can finally feel what it means to be truly free. When we let go in ceremony, in stillness, in breath and in ritual, we remember how to let go in life. This retreat isn’t just a reset. It’s a return.

A Sacred Space to Heal

Set in a remote beach town on the northern coast of Peru, you'll spend a week living slowly, intentionally, and surrounded by nature. No phones. No notifications. No pretending. Just space. Space to feel. To be. To remember.

If This Feels Familiar, It’s Time to Say Yes

  • You’re gaining spiritual knowledge but struggling to embody it

  • You feel stuck in emotional patterns that seem impossible to break

  • You’re tired of talking about the same wounds and are ready to heal them

  • You want to feel truly understood and seen-without needing to explain yourself

  • You need to reset your nervous system and establish new rhythms

  • You know you’ve been called to something deeper-but don’t know how to get there

The Magic of Máncora

Picture this: You’re barefoot in the sand, the sun soft on your skin, and the only thing louder than the ocean is your exhale. This isn’t just Peru—this is Máncora: a remote beach town on the northern coast where stillness lives, untouched by crowds, curated agendas, or overstimulation.

You won’t find distractions here. No busy streets, no constant scroll, no external pressure. Just raw coastline, wide skies, and the kind of quiet that rearranges you.

This is not a tourist town. It’s a portal. One that invites you to rewild your nervous system, walk barefoot back into your intuition, and let the Earth speak directly to your body.

This is conscious travel. Sacred ground. A return to rhythm.

Let Máncora hold you while you remember.

Guided by Medicine

Throughout the retreat, you'll be guided by shamans and medicine women through sacred ceremonies with three powerful plant allies: Hapé, Wachuma, and Ayahuasca. These medicines are sacred technologies—and the ceremonial spaces they create are profoundly quantum. Time bends. Insight floods in. Spirit speaks clearly.

When held in true reverence, ceremony becomes more than a healing modality—it becomes a portal. These spaces are watched over by guides seen and unseen, grounded in traditions that have been passed down for generations. They offer a chance to sit with your full self and your full story—without distraction, without defense.

You don’t have to drink the medicine to be changed by it. Just being in the ceremonial field will recalibrate your system and unravel lifetimes of noise. This is healing that echoes through your nervous system, your relationships, and your future.

Every ceremony is held in a safe, sacred container with deep respect for the medicine and the land. You will be supported throughout the entire process—before, during, and after.

Hapé
This sacred Amazonian snuff, made from finely ground medicinal plants, is used to clear emotional static and mental fog. Hapé is gently blown into the nose through a ceremonial pipe by a trained facilitator. The effect is grounding, clarifying, and deeply cleansing—both mentally and emotionally. If your mind feels scattered or anxious, Hapé can help calm your nervous system and bring you fully into the present moment. It opens the breath, balances the energy field, and roots you into your body.

Wachuma (San Pedro)
Often called the "heart-opener," Wachuma is a gentle but profound cactus medicine known for its ability to expand emotional awareness. Rather than overwhelming the senses, Wachuma softens inner resistance and helps you reconnect with compassion—for yourself, others, and life itself. It allows space for emotional clarity, connection, and peace. Wachuma is particularly supportive for those who feel emotionally blocked, numb, or detached from their purpose.

Ayahuasca
Known as the grandmother of plant medicines, Ayahuasca is a powerful teacher that works within the subconscious. It has the ability to illuminate what’s been hidden—old wounds, outdated beliefs, suppressed emotions—and bring them to the surface for healing. With the right guidance, Ayahuasca offers deep release and inner rewiring. It is not always easy, but it is always honest. This medicine is best for those who are ready to surrender control and meet themselves fully.

The Truth You Need to Hear

Here’s the truth: if you don’t face these things now, they won’t go away. They’ll keep showing up-in your relationships, your body, your self-worth, and your dreams. Unintegrated energy festers.

But when you choose to step away from the noise and reconnect with your power? Everything shifts.

A Different Kind of Getaway

This isn’t your typical vacation. You’re not here to escape with cocktails and overpacked itineraries. You’re here to come home to yourself.

So many of us take trips that promise rest but leave us more depleted than before—overeating, overdrinking, and staying on the go until it’s time to catch the flight back. This retreat flips that model completely. There’s no rushing. No pretending. Just room to breathe, feel, and be.

Instead of numbing out, you’ll tune in. You’ll eat clean, vibrant food. You’ll wake up with intention instead of alarms. You’ll sit in ceremony and stillness instead of chaos and crowds. This experience invites you to reset—without running away. To ground. To soften. To receive. And to walk away with more of yourself than you arrived with.

Nourishment & Local Cuisine

Food is a vital part of your healing journey here in Peru-and every bite you take will reflect that. Throughout this retreat, you’ll be nourished with only the freshest, most vibrant ingredients sourced directly from the local land. Imagine ripe mangoes, creamy avocados, purple corn, lucuma, and fresh herbs filling your plate each day.

Upon arrival, you’ll transition into a clean, plant-forward diet to support your nervous system and prepare your body for deep energetic work. This gradually leads into a full-day fast prior to your final Ayahuasca ceremony-honoring the sacred nature of the medicine and the clarity it invites.

Following ceremony, we’ll reintroduce whole foods gently and intentionally, with the option to incorporate fresh local fish and meats as the body calls for it. You’ll experience how food can be both medicine and ritual.

This retreat follows a community-style living rhythm, and meals will be lovingly put together for you to make the journey easier. Food will also be available throughout the day in the communal kitchen, so you can nourish yourself whenever you feel called.

To celebrate all that you’ve released and reclaimed, we’ll close with a final evening out at one of Máncora’s most beloved restaurants—complete with fresh, plant-based mocktails infused with local fruits and herbs to complement the healing, vibrant cuisine.

Choose Your Path of Transformation

This retreat isn’t one-size-fits-all—and neither are you. We’ve created three intentionally curated accommodation paths, each offering the same transformational access to ceremony, stillness, and soul-level healing. What changes is how much space you’re asking for, and how you feel called to be held.

Each tier is an act of self-trust. There’s no “better,” only what’s right for you in this moment of your journey. Whether you’re craving solitude or aligned companionship, choose what feels most supportive to your nervous system, your intention, and your edge.

One of our packages is exclusive to women. The others are open to all participants. If you’re unsure what to choose, we’ll guide you.

Everything is energy, and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality.

One Final Invitation

If you’ve made it this far down the page, it’s not just curiosity—it’s resonance. Something in your field brought you here. And something in this experience is already calling you forward.

This retreat isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about making the choice to listen to the whisper that says: “It’s time.”

Registering isn’t a commitment to perfection. It’s a commitment to trust. To self. To a deeper surrender than you’ve allowed before.

If you’re ready-start by saying yes!
