HELD BY THE MOTHER

A Portal of Surrender Where Your Next Chapter Begins

September 2-23, 2025 Three Week Series (Pick a 1-3 week journey)

If you’re someone who’s been feeling stuck, like you’re meant for more but can’t quite reach it, this is for you. This is for the ones ready to stop circling their potential and finally live it. Not by pushing harder, but by remembering who you are. Not who you’ve had to be, but who you came here to become. Come be seen, held, and shifted. It’s time.

A woman with curly hair lying on a white blanket outdoors with greenery around, her eyes closed, wearing a black sports bra, with her hands on her stomach and chest.

You arrive in a place that feels like another dimension. Somewhere lush and alive, where time loosens its grip. Morning light creeps in through the trees, and a warm breeze moves through the space around you. You breathe in the scent of fresh Peruvian coffee mixing with remnants of palo santo curling in the air. The sounds are soft but rich. The birds singing, the leaves rustling, and you can feel the oceans energy in the distance. It’s quiet, but not empty. It feels like the trees are whispering you. You lay quietly, letting yourself listen. For the first time in a long time, you don’t feel behind. You feel right on time.

Without even realizing how you got there, you find yourself at the edge of the sea. The soft sand gives beneath your feet, still warm from the day. Tiny crabs scurry into the distance as the tide hushes. The turquoise waters stretch out ahead of you, reflecting the last light of the sun. You settle onto your mat as the moon begins its slow rise behind you. The waves roll in rhythm, the sky shifts in color, and for a moment, it feels like you’re in between worlds, but held by light in both directions.

You smile to yourself, maybe even laugh. Not from excitement, but from recognition. You remember what it feels like to be in rhythm with your life. To belong to a moment without needing to chase it. And with each breath, you begin to trust this version of you—the one who feels clear, grounded, and real. You weren’t lost. You were simply waiting for space to return.

Wouldn’t it feel amazing to wake up feeling truly connected to yourself—at peace in your own rhythm, no mask, no performance?

Through daily mind treatments, breathwork, and energetic resets in nature, you’ll learn to surrender, be held, and transmute discomfort into clarity. You’ll begin to trust yourself deeply and move through life anchored in your own divine energy.

What if you could finally understand what choosing yourself and remembering who you are actually means?

Through plant ceremonies, spiritual dialogue, and connection with others on your frequency, you’ll uncover the root of your limiting beliefs. You’ll receive the clarity and activations needed to reprogram your inner narrative—and step fully into what’s next.

DAY 1 ~ Arrival and opening

You land. You're tired. You're wired. You're wondering what you’ve signed up for. But something in you knows you’re in the right place.
We eat together—simple, grounding food to start the reset.
We breathe. We sit in Hápe. And we set an intention—not for perfection, but for truth. This is your first exhale.

DAY 2~ RElease and reset

We start moving the stuck stuff. Breath, body, nervous system—everything gets a little more space.
Meals stay light to support the work your system is already doing.
We talk about how dis-ease shows up and we call it out.
You’ll make your own spiritual mind treatment and bath in herbs fueled by your own intention.
We close with cacao, laughter, tears, and truth.

DAY 3~ WACHUMA CEREMONY

Nature leads. We walk. We listen. We slow way down.
You’ll hike, spot birds, and start noticing how your body softens in the wild.
We keep food clean and simple to keep your channel open.
That night, Wachuma meets you where you are. Gentle, honest, loving—but clear.
Control starts to slip off your shoulders.

DAY 4~ AYAHUASCA CEREMONY

This is your day to name it. What came up, what cracked open.
We write. We share. We move our breath and body to stay grounded.
We prepare for Ayahuasca with reverence and space.
You’ll fast or eat very lightly depending on your needs.
Then Ayahuasca opens a new door.
You're ready—not because you figured it all out, but because you finally stopped trying to.

DAY 5~ Integration and rest

We keep it soft. Still. Spacious.
We reflect, alone or with someone you trust. We meditate. We stretch.
We start eating solid food again—slowly, lovingly. Fresh, local, medicinal meals ease you back into your body.
Your system is still integrating. This isn’t about pushing through—it’s about listening. We enjoy a restorative sunset yoga session.
You learn to be still.

DAY 6~ Ocean ritual & JOY

Today’s about joy. You’ll snorkel, swim with turtles, and offer a ritual of gratitude to the ocean.
That salt water holds you like a mother too.
You laugh again. You feel light. You remember that healing doesn’t have to be heavy to be real.
Food nourishes celebration now—full, vibrant, and alive.

DAY 7~ completion and return

You drop back into your body. We start with breath and movement, then we play—with spices, stories, and Peruvian recipes.
We cook together. We eat together. Sip herbal cocktails. Celebrate what’s shifted.
Healing can taste good too.

DAY 8~ Departure or going back in

You don’t want to go. But you’re not who arrived.
We breathe one more time together, anchoring everything you’ve remembered.
We share a final brunch—unhurried, nourishing, and honest.

Some will prepare to leave. Others will continue into Week Two.
But either way, a new chapter begins.
You’ll return to life—or deepen into the next layer—not with answers, but with clarity.
You’ll carry the Mother with you. And she’ll keep whispering... just like she always has.

Imagine how freeing it would feel to stop second-guessing all of your decisions—and fully trust your intuition?
By working daily with the oracle and receiving messages from spirit and your guides, you’ll begin to see the divine alignment in everything. From the cards to the land to your own awareness, you’ll come to trust your inner knowing and feel fully supported and empowered.

Wouldn’t it be such a relief to feel deeply seen and understood by the people around you?
In this sacred, divinely orchestrated space, you’ll connect with others who meet you where you are—not who you’ve been. Through shared ritual and intentional community, you’ll feel recognized, reflected, and reminded that you were never walking alone.

Wouldn’t it be a game changer to be so in tune with your body that you can give it everything it needs to be completely healthy?
You’ll learn to decode the emotional and energetic roots of physical symptoms, from hormonal imbalances to stubborn weight. Through gentle detox, ancient healing practices, and a customized treatment plan, you’ll leave knowing how to care for your body with deep presence and self-trust.

WHY I DO THIS WORK?

Growing up as a Peruvian American in South Florida, I was surrounded by a vibrant tapestry of cultures and stories that shaped my worldview and deepened my love for healing through diversity. This fusion of experiences became the foundation for the work I do today.

I learned how to self-heal because I had to. My childhood was marked by trauma, and as a teenager I faced major health challenges. Instead of accepting a life of disconnection, I turned toward natural healing and eventually earned a degree in alternative medicine. That decision changed everything—it showed me how powerful the human body and spirit can be when we support them intentionally.

Our retreats in Máncora, Peru, offer a powerful space to do just that. You’ll reconnect with nature, recalibrate your system, and return to what feels real. Whether you come for one week or choose to join the full three-week journey, this is a container to reset, expand, and remember who you are. One of the most impactful parts of this retreat is the sacred plant medicine ceremonies, guided by one of my personal teachers—a gifted healer who has been working with these medicines for over 20 years. Her presence and wisdom bring a level of integrity and safety that allows for deep, meaningful transformation.

Two women taking a joyful selfie on a sandy beach, sunlight in the background.

I’ve walked through addiction, codependency, eating disorders, and chronic self-doubt. I’ve sat with the hard questions and faced the parts of myself I once tried to avoid. My first Ayahuasca ceremony was a turning point. It pulled back the veil and revealed the chaos I was unconsciously creating in my life. From that moment on, I committed to walking the path of truth, surrender, and spiritual alignment.

Now I guide others through transformational healing with plant medicine, spiritual mentorship, and hands-on tools for mind-body-soul connection. I teach medicinal cooking, herbal alchemy, energetic healing, and support others in rewriting their internal stories. I believe we all hold the key to our healing—it’s just a matter of remembering how to use it.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about stripping away the noise and returning to your essence. The version of you who knows how to trust, how to feel, how to live from your center.

Too often, we hesitate, doubting our instincts. But what if, by trusting ourselves, we could experience heaven on earth? This is your moment. Don’t talk yourself out of it. Join us, and make the best investment in your life thus far. Are you ready to take this journey with me?

🌿 FAQs – Let’s Keep It Simple

How do I know if this retreat is for me?
If you’re feeling the pull to step away from the noise and get honest with yourself, this is for you. You don’t need to be “healed” or have it all figured out. You just need to be open and willing to show up.

Do I have to take the plant medicine?
Nope. You can choose to sit in the space and receive the energy of the ceremony without taking anything. Everyone’s process looks different. It’s about what feels right for you.

What if I can’t afford the whole thing right now?
Payment plans are available. If this speaks to you, reach out and we’ll figure out if there’s a way to make it work. No pressure—just honesty.

I don’t know if I can take that much time away…
Totally understandable. But if you’re reading this and something in you is lit up, maybe it’s time to give yourself a break from your regular life. The world will be there when you get back. You might just come back with new eyes.

Do I have to do everything on the schedule?
No. This isn’t a retreat where we push or perform. Everything is offered, but you get to decide what you need each day. Resting is healing, too.

Where do I fly into?
You’ll book your flight to Talara Airport (TYL) in Northern Peru. We’ll pick you up and bring you straight to the retreat space.

Is there Wi-Fi?
There’s limited Wi-Fi if you really need it, but we ask everyone to check their phones in and out. This is a space to unplug. Most people are surprised how good it feels to be off the grid.

What’s the food like?
We start with lighter meals to help your body detox and prep for the ceremonies. After that, we move into fresh, local, medicinal food. It’s nourishing, intentional, and made with care. Let us know any dietary needs ahead of time—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How many people will be there?
Just 7 participants, plus me and our small support team. Small on purpose, so you feel safe and seen.

What do I need to pack?
Once you’re registered, I’ll send a simple packing list so you feel ready—nothing fancy or overwhelming.

Is it safe to travel to Peru?
Yes. We’re in a peaceful coastal town and you’ll be picked up from the airport. You won’t be navigating anything alone.

Can I stay longer after the retreat?
Yes—you can extend your stay by joining Week Two for an additional $1,444. This deeper experience is for those who want to integrate slowly and continue the work. You’ll find full details on the Packages page.

Are there extra services available during the retreat?
Yes! Reiki sessions and Spanish classes are available and can be scheduled and paid for separately. I’ll provide you with all the details once you’re confirmed.

Is there support after the retreat ends?
Yes. Retreat participants get access to a 60-day post-retreat guidance package at 50% off—designed to help you integrate everything you experienced and stay accountable once you're back home.
If you're interested, just let me know during our booking call, and I’ll send you your personal discount code.
✨ This is only available for retreat attendees.

Still have a question?
Just reach out. I’ll be the one replying. Happy to talk through whatever you’re wondering about.

MoRE ABOUT THE MEDICINE

Throughout the retreat, you'll be guided by shamans and medicine women through sacred ceremonies with three powerful plant allies: Hapé, Wachuma, and Ayahuasca. These medicines are sacred technologies—and the ceremonial spaces they create are profoundly quantum. Time bends. Insight floods in. Spirit speaks clearly.

When held in true reverence, ceremony becomes more than a healing modality—it becomes a portal. These spaces are watched over by guides seen and unseen, grounded in traditions that have been passed down for generations. They offer a chance to sit with your full self and your full story—without distraction, without defense.

Every ceremony is held in a safe, sacred container with deep respect for the medicine and the land. You will be supported throughout the entire process—before, during, and after.

Hapé
This sacred Amazonian snuff, made from finely ground medicinal plants, is used to clear emotional static and mental fog. Hapé is gently blown into the nose through a ceremonial pipe by a trained facilitator. The effect is grounding, clarifying, and deeply cleansing—both mentally and emotionally. If your mind feels scattered or anxious, Hapé can help calm your nervous system and bring you fully into the present moment. It opens the breath, balances the energy field, and roots you into your body.

Wachuma (San Pedro)
Often called the "heart-opener," Wachuma is a gentle but profound cactus medicine known for its ability to expand emotional awareness. Rather than overwhelming the senses, Wachuma softens inner resistance and helps you reconnect with compassion—for yourself, others, and life itself. It allows space for emotional clarity, connection, and peace. Wachuma is particularly supportive for those who feel emotionally blocked, numb, or detached from their purpose.

Ayahuasca
Known as the grandmother of plant medicines, Ayahuasca is a powerful teacher that works within the subconscious. It has the ability to illuminate what’s been hidden—old wounds, outdated beliefs, suppressed emotions—and bring them to the surface for healing. With the right guidance, Ayahuasca offers deep release and inner rewiring. It is not always easy, but it is always honest. This medicine is best for those who are ready to surrender control and meet themselves fully.

Choose Your Path of Transformation

This retreat isn’t one-size-fits-all—and neither are you. We’ve created three intentionally curated accommodation paths, each offering the same transformational access to ceremony, stillness, and soul-level healing. What changes is how much space you’re asking for, and how you feel called to be held.

Each tier is an act of self-trust. There’s no “better,” only what’s right for you in this moment of your journey. Whether you’re craving solitude or aligned companionship, choose what feels most supportive to your nervous system, your intention, and your edge.

One of our packages is exclusive to women. The others are open to all participants. If you’re unsure what to choose, we’ll guide you.

To begin the process, a $300 refundable deposit is required. This holds your spot and shows you're serious about the work. Once submitted, you’ll schedule a discovery call to ensure it’s the right fit—for both of us. If it’s not aligned, your deposit will be fully refunded. Pricing starts at $3,111 with payment plans available.

One Final Invitation

If you’ve made it this far down the page, it’s not just curiosity—it’s resonance. Something in your field brought you here. And something in this experience is already calling you forward.

This retreat isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about making the choice to listen to the whisper that says: “It’s time.”

Registering isn’t a commitment to perfection. It’s a commitment to trust. To self. To a deeper surrender than you’ve allowed before.

If you’re ready-start by saying yes!
