I’ve spent my life learning how to heal, doing deep emotional work, moving through spiritual growth, and dismantling everything that wasn’t mine to carry.

I started by studying Psychology, then earned a degree in Alternative Medicine with a focus in Psychoneuroimmunology, the study of how beliefs and emotions affect the body. That foundation helped me understand that real healing happens when the mind, body, and spirit are treated as one. After school, I spent years working in hospitality management, where I learned how to lead from the heart. I learned just how different everyone is, and how to make people feel safe and seen. That kind of presence still lives at the center of everything I do.

I’ve been through things most people should never have to experience. The kind of trauma that forces you to choose between staying a victim or taking your power back. I chose to rise. I learned how to stop carrying what wasn’t mine, how to trust my own inner voice, and how to see my pain as part of my expansion. Over the last decade, I’ve trained with three different shamanic teachers, each of whom helped me activate deeper levels of this work. I’ve also been influenced by thought leaders like Michael Beckwith, Abraham Hicks, Eckhart Tolle, Bruce Lipton, Joe Dispenza, Don Miguel Ruiz, and Ernest Holmes. These teachings helped me name what I already felt to be true. We are the creators of our reality. Energy, belief, and thought shape everything.

That knowing is what created Guided and Saged. This isn’t just a business, it’s the way I live and the way I serve. I hold sacred spaces for those who are ready to create real change.
